Narrow strips of hand-spun, hand-woven cotton are stitched together into a whole cloth, then painted with patterns and symbols using river mud that has been aged up to a year, as well as a variety of natural dyes.

Kolokane is the traditional style - patterned with real river mud and dried in the sun. Each whole cloth is 90 x 120 cm / 36 x 45 inches, approximately. As each cloth is unique, size may vary slightly.

The modern Ochre, Terracotta, Black and Mixed cloths are painted with natural dyes. Each whole cloth is 120 x 180 cm / 45 x 70 inches, approximately. As each cloth is unique, size may vary slightly.

Some cloths are available in Fat Quarters as well.

Note about texture
This hand-spun, hand-woven cloth is thicker than machine woven craft cotton.
