The Challenge
To create a piece of A4 size textile art using your materials of choice.
The Theme
Rainbow
The Goal
All of the submitted A4 pieces will then be used by a team of textile artists to create unique three-dimensional objects.
These pieces will be auctioned at a the Colours of Africa exhibition in Essen, Belgium.
The Proceeds
Proceeds from the auction will go to the Chris Hani Crèche, in Tulbagh, Cape Province, South Africa. Phase one will
erect a solid building to replace the current shack. The long-term plan is to develop a proper early learning centre for pre-school children.
