African Fabric Shop supports development in Africa

Africa is very important to me and I travel there as often as I can to source new fabrics and beads. In addition to supporting small-scale craft producers, I'd like to give a bit more back to Africa by donating to small African charities.

All of the fabrics on this page are quality craft prints, but they are not produced in Africa. Therefore, when you buy one of these fabrics, I will contribute a percentage to Send A Cow.

Send a Cow enables poor farmers in Africa to become self-reliant by providing them with livestock, training and advice. They work with some of the most vulnerable groups in Africa, including children orphaned by war, families affected by AIDS, and disabled people.
