In Africa it's always good luck have a gecko or two on the wall. They scamper around in the twilight eating the bugs and mosquitoes. And, of course, they're tremendous fun to watch!

This fun, wonky wall hanging uses hand-dyed ghecko fabrics from my friend Musa Jaiteh in The Gambia, complemented by hand-dyed Langa Lapu fabrics from South Africa. 100% cotton.
