Tree cotton grows on the 'silk cotton' tree, part of the kapok family. Because of its short staple, it is difficult to spin into a yarn. For this reason, this cloth is a blend of tree cotton weft with cotton warp.
Strip width: 14 cm / 5.5 in, approximately. Average weight per metre: 50 g.
